Moyes Sellers & Hendricks Attorneys Obtain Unanimous $2.26 Million Jury Verdict

Nick Walter and Josh Greer obtained a unanimous $2.26 million jury verdict for their client. The case involved a claim of tortious interference with a contract that the plaintiff had with a third party. Shortly after divorcing the plaintiff’s owner, the CEO of the defendant company interfered with the plaintiff’s contract, causing the third party to terminate that contract.
