Nicholas J. Walter

Nick Walter is an attorney at Moyes Sellers & Hendricks Ltd. His practice focuses on jury trials, complex commercial litigation, and business law. Mr. Walter represents clients in all aspects of litigation, mediation, and arbitration in cases involving numerous claims, including breach of contract, tortious interference, fraud, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, and negligence. His clients range from individuals to large national companies, operating across numerous industries such as construction, energy, education, healthcare, utilities, and real estate.

Mr. Walter has achieved significant trial victories with millions of dollars recovered for his clients. In 2023, after he delivered the closing argument in a breach of contract matter, the jury unanimously found in his client's favor on liability and damages. In 2024, he first-chaired a jury trial in a complex tortious interference case involving overlapping corporate entities, ultimately resulting in a unanimous jury verdict to his client of $2.26 million.

While in law school, Mr. Walter served as an editor on four law journals and competed in numerous moot court and mock trial competitions. He also first-chaired ten trials to verdict as a Rule 38 limited practice attorney in a prosecutor's office. All ten verdicts were convictions.

When not at the office, Mr. Walter enjoys playing various sports such as football, softball, and ultimate frisbee, serving in his church, and spending time with his beautiful wife. He also served from 2021-2023 as the head coach of the Trial Team at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
