Moyes Sellers & Hendricks Ltd.'s attorneys have represented business clients in several areas of bankruptcy law for many years. Our attorneys are well versed in structuring creative options for our clients and have been successful in debt restructuring and other alternative settlement options in numerous cases.

We represent clients in state and federal proceedings on foreclosures, workout matters, Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, recovery of assets, and other court proceedings.

We have represented banks, investors, and other financial institutions to structure debt repayment by alternative methods, such as arbitration and mediation when appropriate.
Shareholders Jeff Sellers and Keith Hendricks are the core of our corporate bankruptcy team. They are experienced in representing clients in bankruptcy actions. In one instance, Keith served as lead trial counsel for hundreds of investors in more than a dozen litigation matters before the United States Bankruptcy Court and the United States District Court, and in multiple appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals which arose from a bankruptcy action that involved a $900 million portfolio of commercial loans.
